Shipping and Handling Information

  • Shipping address must be a physical street address, PO Boxes cannot be used for shipping.

  • Address must be within the US, or Canada. We do not ship to any other countries.

  • Please select an address where somebody will be available to receive delivery of the package.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after an order is received.

Our goal is to ship your order in the fastest method available to us.

All items will be shipped UPS, FEDEX Ground or US Mail. We may ship using a method different from one you choose if it is faster for us, but your shipping charge will not be affected. No PO Box shipping is allowed with UPS or Fedex. If you only provide a PO Box, we may charge you more for shipping US Priority Mail than the order sytem initially calculated.

All orders incur shipping and handling charges, even free promotional items. There is no refund of shipping and handling charges.

Shipping from our location to yours depends upon carrier selected and other factors outside of our control.
