No refunds of shipping and handling costs are given once a product is shipped.
Software, CDs and Online Web Courses
We do not offer refunds on opened software products unless they are defective. Defective products will be replaced. Website access is considered "opened" once it has been accessed by password and no refunds are given.
WorkBooks and Books
You may return any workbook in unused condition, within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. A return authorization is required. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and no refunds are given until we have received back all merchandise. Return shipping is your responsibility and should include insurance to cover shipment as we will not refund damaged goods.
Checks
We do not offer refunds for check orders once production has begun. It is your responsibility to complete order forms properly.
